Our licensing terms are simple. Please feel free to modify the document templates in the Kit and to use them with your clients. There are a couple of things we'd ask you not to do, in consideration of the significant work that went into creating this package:

• Please don't share the templates with others (except your clients, of course!), post them on the internet or otherwise redistribute them, without our permission.
• There are a couple of security features in place in the documents to help identify intellectual property theft. We've gone to some trouble to make sure these won't get in your way or be visible to your clients. That said, if we missed something, please just contact us - we'll be more than happy to help!

THE CONTENT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE IS THE SOLE PROPERTY OF COACHING TREE, WHICH RETAINS ITS COPYRIGHT. BY DOWNLOADING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW.

As a licensee of htis digital product, Coaching Tree grants you a limited license to use the files delivered to you in connection with your purchase of the Coaching Template Starter Kit (HEREAFTER, "The Files").

This license grants you the following rights, with respect to The Files. USES NOT SPECIFICALLY GRANTED IN THIS LICENSE ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS YOU FIRST OBTAIN WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM COACHING TREE.

As a licensee, you may:

• reproduce, store or copy The Files, electronically or physically, in support of your direct work with your clients
• modify The Files (e.g., by adding your logo and business information or making content changes to suit your business needs), in support of your direct work with your clients
• send copies of individual files in the package to your clients, for use as a part of the services you deliver to them as their coach

SPECIFICALLY, YOU MAY NOT:

• resell or redistribute files included in this package or content derived from files in this package
• share any of The Files with others, except with your own clients as a part of your coaching work with them. This includes posting file(s) online where others may download them.
• tamper with, circumvent, remove or attempt to remove security features built in to The Files in order to identify The Files as originating from the Coaching Template Starter Kit

BY USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT YOU'RE QUALIFIED TO USE THIS PRODUCT AS A PROFESSIONAL COACH. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ANY LIABILITY COACHING TREE MAY BE FOUND TO HAVE FOR ITS USE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

THIS LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE. COACHING TREE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS LICENSE AT ANY TIME IF THE BUYER IS FOUND TO HAVE USED THE FILES (OR CONTENT DERIVED FROM THE FILES) IN VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
